Kaysie D. Garcia
Kaysie Garcia focuses her practice in the areas of construction litigation and surety law, and represents a broad range of clients, including general contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, suppliers, engineers, sureties and lenders. Kaysie also counsels and assists her clients with contracts. bid protests, general disputes and claims.
Over the last decade, Kaysie obtained significant experience while litigating a wide variety of public and private construction disputes and surety bond claims in state and federal courts and tribunals. As a direct result of her efforts, SuperLawyers Magazine selected Kaysie as a Southern California Rising Star for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
In addition to her involvement in numerous high visibility cases involving major construction projects including high-rise hotels, solar developments, freeways, tunnels, pipelines, public schools, water, and airport taxiways, Kaysie served as Assistant General Counsel for Schimmick Construction before deciding to make the transition back to private practice.
