It is no secret that construction disputes cost money.  RNG works proactively with clients to avoid disputes by providing sound  advice, prompt service and expert analysis of facts and legal issues.  Sometimes, however, disputes cannot be avoided.  RNG has significant experience preparing, analyzing, prosecuting and defending all types of construction claims, including defective plans and specifications, extra work and changes, acceleration, delay and disruption, lost productivity and efficiency, differing site conditions, and termination.  RNG has confronted virtually every type of claims limitation provisions, such as notice, no damages for delay, exclusion of consequential damages and other limitation provisions affecting our client’s rights, and is experienced in preparing claims based on various damages calculation methodologies, including total cost, modified total cost, measured mile and Eichleay formula.
