RNG attorneys have significant experience preparing, negotiating and administering all types of construction contracts.  Our attorneys have experience preparing contracts based on the many form contracts in the construction industry, including AIA, AGC, DBIA, EJCDC and ConsensusDOCS.  Over the years, RNG attorneys have also prepared many customized contracts as required to best meet the needs of our clients.  RNG is experienced in all types of project delivery systems (traditional design-bid-build, design-build, construction management, public-private partnerships) and payment methods (unit price, lump sum, cost reimburseable, GMP, target price, and others).

RNG’s workdoes not stop once the contract is signed.  RNG attorneys continue to assist our clients by preparing project manuals to educate project personnel regarding key contract terms and their rights and responsibilities, and by preparing timely documentation and correspondence to assist project personnel in the administration of the contract.
