Dispute Resolution and Litigation

Project budgets rarely factor in the expense of litigating disputes, which is why at RNG our primary goal is to help our clients avoid disputes.  However, because of the complex nature of construction, and the myriad of laws and regulations that impact the construction industry, disputes are sometimes unavoidable.  Where possible, and when in our client’s best interest, we attempt to resolve disputes in our client’s favor at the lowest possible level and in the most cost-effective and timely manner by implementing creative solutions based on our industry experience, whether through informal negotiations, DRBs or mediation.  If disputes cannot be resolved at those levels, RNG’s attorneys are prepared to pursue our client’s claims vigorously at arbitration or trial.  RNG attorneys have litigated construction cases throughout the United States in various arbitration panels, state and federal courts, and numerous federal boards of contract appeals.
